The Dark Knight Returns Graphic Novel has a scene where a tank like Batmobile attacks a crowd of villians. It fires machine guns. Batman assures the reader that they are rubber bullets.
I always remembered that. Batman does not kill. Mist in this story is a shadow of Batman. This no killing rule may be a problem
