Dark Eyes is victorious but she gets no satisfaction from it. The Princess' are members of an Elf race that calls itself the chosen. The High elves and many others refer to them as Common elves since they are the most populous race on Terra. Common Elf is a very derogatory thing to call one of the chosen.;That remark alone would have put Daley over the edge.
Un-beknownst to anyone Robert striking Lacey probably saved her from Sox atomizing her with a single blast.
