The EOU droids left behind on Terra during the Crossover war have become sentient due to the natural magic on the planet.
They live in harmony more or less. But recently the droids have been having catastrophic cooling failure. It seems the evil overboards never meant for their droid army to be a long term solution. It was Sledges turn being one of the early models deployed. But there were two Ironkeel engineers close at hand.
